Double Elimination for Tom Holke

A player from under-the-gun raised to 700. Tom Holke then raised to 2,000. Georgios Koliofotis called before Marko Maher moved all in for around 16,000. The under the gun player folded and Holke moved all in himself. Koliofotis then moved all in.
