Day 1a Started
Day 1a of the WSOP Circuit Main Event at the King's Casino in Rozvadov gets underway today at 2pm with four days of poker to look forward to as the Rozvadov Festival reaches a climax.
Some of the players who have been spotted already in town are November Niners Vojtech Ruzicka from Czech Republic, and Pierre Neuville from Belgium. Another Czech Republic native in Martin Kabrhel will also be in attendnace, along with England’s Sam Grafton. They will be joined over the two starting days by players from all over the world attempting to win a coveted gold WSOP Circuit ring and a slice of the huge prizepool.
The last time the WSOP Circuit Main Event was held at King’s Casino, Ivan Banic from Croatia beat Germany’s Yehuda Cohen heads-up to take home a whopping €232,241 conquering a big field of 851 in November 2016 to be crowned champion.
The Main Event is a €1,650 entry with a guaranteed prize pool of €1,000,000. Players are permitted a single re-entry each starting day with a starting stack of 30,000 with 12 levels of 45 minutes scheduled for today.

Tournament officials have just outlined the re-entry procedure for the Main Event. The schedule states that re-entries are allowed up until the start of Day 2. However, there's a catch.
If a player has fired four bullets (re-entered twice) over both Day 1a and 1b, they will not be allowed to re-enter for a fifth time at the start of Day 2. Basically, players have four chances maximum to make Day 2.
With three players to the hand at the river Franklin Nurmohammed called a modest bet to see his opponent show a turned flush with his suited one-gappers and muck his hand for the second time in this level.
“I got flushed again,” Nurmohammed said with a wry smile, “I’d better look what’s on the board.”
Not a major setback by any means but wise words for the future.

His opponent folded and Traboulsi showed him his full house. Asked what he had laid down he said Ace-Jack which got a nod of approval and a fist bump from his opponent.
