Reichard Forces Hawkins Out

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Three players saw a flop of {6-Spades}{8-Spades}{k-Diamonds}. Josh Reichard was in middle position and bet about 70,000. Adam Cedric folded and Maurice Hawkins called. The turn was the {4-Diamonds}. Reichard bet again, this time for 165,000 which Hawkins called again.

The river came the {q-Spades} to put three spades on the board. Reichard asked how much Hawkins had behind before announcing all in which forced Hawkins to fold after a couple of seconds.

Turner Stays Active at the Table

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Eric Salazar opened to 37,000 in early position and Joshua Turner three-bet to 112,000 on his left. The action folded back to Salazar who put together a four-bet to 384,000. Turner thought for a minute but decided to give up on his hand.

A couple of hands later, Turner opened to 40,000 from under the gun and Adam Cedric called on the button. The two players saw a flop of {j-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades} and Turner led out for 28,000. Cedric called and the {9-Hearts} landed on the turn.

Turner splashed in another bet of 81,000 and Cedric mulled it over but conceded the pot.

Stephen Song Eliminated in 10th Place ($23,411)

Stephen Song

The action folded to Adam Cedric on the button who raised it up to 26,000. Stephen Song three-bet shoved all in for around 185,000 and Cedric replied with a snap-call.

Adam Cedric: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}
Stephen Song: {a-Spades}{7-Spades}

Song was in rough shape when he saw Cedric's pocket aces and the flop of {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}{9-Clubs} didn't help matters. The {q-Diamonds} on the turn left Song drawing dead to the {9-Diamonds} on the river and the unofficial final table was formed.

The remaining nine players are heading on a 15-minute break currently and will redraw for seats when they return.
