Bart Beenen (1,112,000), Jacco van Hooren (1,105,000), Brian Kamphorst (338,000), and Jay Oosterbaan (238,000) complete the line-up. Oosterbaan starts with just 15 big blinds, but after 10 minutes in the day, he will only have 12 big blinds left.
