NFJM Doubles Through TMV

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

NFJM completed the small blind and TMV shoved all in from the big blind for more than NFJM's stack. NFJM thought about it for a bit and then called with the smaller stack.

NFJM: {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}
TMV: {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}

The board ran out {8-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} to give NFJM the higher pair on the turn and the double-up. After the dealer counted the stack, he confirmed NFJM had 1,080,000 which left TMV with 830,000 behind.

Chop Pot for the Kings

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

NFJM raised to 85,000 from the hijack and was called by Joseph Nassar on the button. Rony Halimi, in the small blind, shoved all-in. NFJM called and Nassar folded.

NFJM: {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}
Rony Halimi: {K-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The flop came {10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} which gave NFJM the chance to hit a runner-runner flush. The turn brought them the {A-Diamonds}, which was one card closer to the flush for a win for NFJM. Halimi was clenching his hands, trying to sort of pray for no diamonds on the river. The dealer burned a card and turned the {J-Clubs} around to complete the board for a chopped pot.

Paul Doubles Through Santoni

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

There was an all-in and call between the two players in the blinds when the board read {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{k-Spades}{a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}. Paul was sitting in the small blind and Polo Santoni in the big blind. Paul had 1,095,000 behind and Santoni had more.

Paul showed {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts} for full house, aces over kings, and that was more than enough to beat the {a-Spades}{7-Clubs} of Santoni. Santoni was left behind with 550,000 after losing this hand.
