Registration for Day 1a of the 2019 WSOPC Horseshoe Southern Indiana Main Event closed with 158 entrants. Players unable to find a bag in today's flight have one final opportunity to fire, as Day 1b of the $500,000 Guaranteed Main Event kicks off tomorrow at 11 a.m. local time, and registration remains open until the beginning of Level 13 (approximately 8:45 p.m.) for those looking for one last chance at a WSOPC Main Event ring.
WSOP Bracelet winner Kyle Cartwright raised to 5,000 from middle position, and Byron Hubert three-bet shoved for 28,500 from the hijack. Action folded back to Cartwright, who quickly called.

A player jammed for 35,500 from under the gun, and Nicole Miller three-bet shoved for 37,500 total in middle position, chasing out the rest of the field.

With 20,000 in the pot, Bill Horsman had jammed for 260,000 from the big blind on a 
board. Joseph Lamkin, who had 38,000 in front of him from under the gun, still had 185,000 behind and a big decision on his hands.
"Please give me a few minutes before y'all call the clock...he's got as many chips as I do," Lamkin said, shaking his head at the situation.
Lamkin took a few minutes before folding, and Horsman said, "Don't wanna drive you crazy," before tabling 
for the nuts. Lamkin leapt up and pumped his fist, telling the table, "Sevens!" in reference to the fact that he laid down a straight to Horsman's shove.
A player limped in from the small blind, and Jerod Smith raised to 8,000 in the big blind. The small blind called.
The small blind check-called a bet of 6,000 from Smith on the flop, then both players checked the 
turn.
The small blind bet 11,000 on the 
river, and Smith raised to 35,000. Two minutes ticked by as the small blind tanked, before a clock was called. The clock ticked all the way to one before the small blind pushed his hand in to fold.
Seth Schikler raised to 4,500 from middle position, and found a lone caller in the big blind.
The big blind check-called a bet of 2,000 from Schikler on a 
flop, then check-called 3,000 more from Schikler on the 
turn.
The fell on the river, and the big blind led out for 6,000. Schikler called, and after the big blind roller over 
, Schikler tabled 
for the winner.
