Anthony Marchetti raised it in the button with and called when Souhayl "Joël" Fjer 3-bet from the Small Blind.

Souhayl continued on a and was raised to 220,000 chips by Anthony. Souhayl completed for 140,000 chips and there was no action on the turn .

The river was checked one more time by Souhayl who held . Now living in Swtizerland after playing for years in the parisian club, Fjer tanked a lot when Anthony Marchetti asked him his stack by going all-in.

When he folded, Marchetti showed a pure bluff...

Karim Abgar was playing his first poker tournament with a 4-figures buy-in. He invited a friend to Marrakech for his birthday and decided to jump in the Main Event at the last minute to share that moment with him. His friend, Thomas Meignan, finished 20th on saturday !

Karim has done a little better and he has dreamed of a comeback. After his stack dwindled to 2 blinds, he found a triple-up to 200,000 with against . The board fell with a beautiful river for the french player.

The river was cruel on the very next hand. After David Vergnes raised it in middle position, just on his right, Karim engaged his 7 Blinds with ... only to get called by and be eliminated on the river !

Jose Luis Reconquista dominated the first flight of the Main Event, multiplying his starting stack by more than 16 times !

The spanish player busted 1 minutes after the last moroccan standing, he earned 9,000 dirhams more than Ali Mechiche in the process.

Jose Luis defended in the Big Blind after Javier Tsunamy raised it in the Cutoff. Tsunamy continued on a flop and was more than happy to call with for a total of 245,000 chips after Reconquista check-raised him all-in.

Reconquista is still waiting for his draw to hit !
