The 2019 WSOP International Circuit 50th Anniversary Marrakech 15,000 MAD (€1,350) Main Event action continues today at 1 P.M local time. Casino De Marrakech, located in Es Saadi Resort, celebrates its sixth edition of the World Of Series Poker Circuit in this part of Africa.
Some familiar names are likely to attend Day 1b. Every player will be looking to follow in the footsteps of the chipleader, Jose Luis Josete, who worked the 30,000 starting stack into a tower worth 483,000 on Day 1a yesterday!
But first, the prime objective of each player is to secure a seat for Day 2 on Saturday. 47 players accomplished that feat on the opening flight.
This is the final starting flight, which gets underway at 1 pm and features twelve 45-minute blinds levels. Any player is welcome to participate and there's a late registration/unlimited reentry option until the start of level 10, which should be around 9 PM tonight.

Great start for Jerome Sgorrano who has won the Winamax Sismix here a few years ago.
The Belgian player is currently the chipleader after a full double-up. Jerome has opened 400 in small blind and his opponent unleashed a 3-bet for 1600 chips which Sgorrano called holding pocket nines.
On a flop showing Sgorrano check-called 1600 and saw his hand improve to a full house on the turn when landed. We here got to see some fireworks after Jerome Sgorrano check-raised to 9,200 chips and was more than happy to call the push from his opponent.
Jerome Sgorrano faced and the river was a blank which put him in first place after less than half an hour of play.
