Hoedemaker Doubles Through Ricci

Level 7 : 300/500, 500 ante
Michal Hoedemaker at Last Year's WSOP Circuit in Rotterdam
Michal Hoedemaker at Last Year's WSOP Circuit in Rotterdam

The board read {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and Andrea Ricci had a 10,000 chip laying in front of him but the bet he placed was likely lower than that amount. Micha Hoedemaker had jammed for a total of 14,600 and Ricci wanted a count before he ended up calling.

Micha Hoedemaker: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Andrea Ricci: {8-Spades}{5-Spades}

Ricci had some outs, but he didn't get there on the {2-Clubs} river and Hoedemaker secured a much needed double up.

Tach and Slabbekoorn Eliminated

Level 6 : 200/400, 400 ante

Farukh Tach saw a player limp and he raised to 2,200 holding {a-Spades}{q-Spades}. He was three-bet by Majid Bozakraft to 6,500 and the limper called the three-bet. Tach four-bet all in for about 12,000 and Bozakraft put his chips all in to isolate Tach. The third player folded and they opened up.

Tach was behind with his ace-queen against the {a-}{k-} of Bozakraft. Both a king and a queen fell on the flop, but further help for Tach didn't come.
