The first of two days has now come to an end in Event #12: $3,250 High Roller after 12 exciting levels of play. A total of 22 entries slips were sold thus far, and of those to begin only six remain as the tournament heads into the final day.
Leading the way by night's end is An "Shamoo" Huang who accumulated a hefty 317,500 during Day 1. Huang is relatively new to tournament play but already seems poised and calm during every decision.
"Shamoo" started the day off exactly how he ended it, with a big pot to eliminate someone. The second one being one of the biggest pots of the night when Nitis Udornpim flopped top two , only to see Huang catch a set of ladies on the river where he moved all in and Udornpim called.
Coming into the final day in second place is Jonathan Gilliam with 224,000. Gilliam started the day off with a bang and quickly became the first player to jump over the six-figure chip stack mark. The Rosedale, MD native stayed the course that led him into a big stack early in the day, all the way until the end of Day 1, finding few hiccups along the way.
The other remaining players to find a bag are Matt Stabia (154,000), WSOP bracelet winner Justin Liberto (94,500), Ryan Van Sanford (55,500), and Lara Eisenberg (34,500).
The final day action will start at 2 p.m. local time with the blinds of 1,000/2,000 and a 2,000 big blind ante. Late registration is still open until play starts and anyone willing to fork up the buy-in can jump. There will be a 15-minute break after every three levels of play and the tournament will not end until a winner is crowned.

The board showed and Nitis Udornpim threw in a pot-sized bet. An "Shamoo" Huang moved all in and Udornpim said "well, I'm never folding this," as he smiled, putting his stack into the middle.
Udornpim showed for a flopped two pair, but it was not enough when Huang tabled his for a rivered set of ladies, eliminating Udornpim. Huang scooped in the pot and is the first player to eclipse the 300,000 mark thus far in the tournament.

Christian Harder moved all in for 29,000 and Ryan Van Sanford shoved over the top, pushing everyone else out of the pot as the two tabled their hands.

Justin Liberto opened to 3,300 from the cutoff, Lara Eisenberg three-bet to 10,000 on the button and Liberto stuck around to see the flop peel off.
Action checked to Eisenberg, she bet 8,000 and Liberto announced that he was all-in. Eisenberg threw her cards into the muck and Liberto took down another late pot.

Christian Harder moved all in for 11,000 total in the hijack, Ryan Van Sanford called in the cutoff and Dan Chalifour shoved all in for 51,600 total. Sanford folded and the remaining two tabled their hands.

The flop came down , giving Chalifour two pair and a commanding lead. A peeled off on the turn, setting up some runner-runner possibilities, and the was one of them as Harder landed is flush to scoop the pot for a triple up.

The turned board read and there was around 7,000 in the middle. Nitis Udornpim checked to An Huang who bet 4,500 and Udornpim instantly check-raised to around 16,000.
Huang called and the dealer flipped over a on the river. Both players checked, Udornpim tabled for a missed flush draw and Huang showed for two pair, taking down another pot.
