Shannon Leaves Moses Short; Eliminates Perina

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

David Moses raised in early position to 20,000, John Shannon called on the button and Lugenio Perina shoved all-in for 87,000 in the small blind. The big blind folded quickly and Moses announced all-in which Shannon snap-called off his stack of 392,000.

Lugenio Perina: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
David Moses: {k-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
John Shannon: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

The flop came {q-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Spades} missing all three players and Perina's tens were still in the lead. The {k-Spades} fell on the turn though giving both Moses and Shannon a pair of kings and the {7-Hearts} on the river completed the board, awarding the pot to Shannon with the ace-kicker.

Carroll Gets Value With Trips

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Three players were at the river on a board that read {6-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}. Casey Carroll bet 52,000 into a pot of about 115,000. John Simon got out of the way and the third player in the hand made the call.

Carroll showed the {6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} for trips which was good enough as his opponent mucked his hand.

Huge Pot for Zobian; Sends Bohlman Out

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Aram Zobian
Aram Zobian

The action folded around to Aram Zobian on the button who opened to 18,000, Scott Bohlman three-bet to 70,000 from the small blind and the big blind got out of the way before Zobian made the call.

On the flop of {5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} Bohlman continued for 55,000 and Zobian called.

The turn was the {j-Diamonds} which Bohlman checked to Zobian who fired out a bet of 94,000 and after giving it some thought he put the chips in to call.

The river was the {6-Hearts} and Bohlman checked it over to Zobian once again who announced all-in covering Bohlman's stack of roughly 370,000. Bohlman went into the tank for a full two minutes before eventually deciding to call. Zobian tabled {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for the nut flush and Bohlman slid his cards towards the dealer who opened his {4-Spades}{4-Clubs} which made a straight before putting it in the muck.
