Break With 47 Remaining

Zhao vs Geilich
Zhao vs Geilich

Blinds 4,000-8,000

Another two players busted prior to the scheduled five-minute break and that included Niklas Astedt and Wei Zhao. The latter came up short in the following showdown.

Wei Zhao: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{2-Spades}
Ludovic "Gr4vyB04t" Geilich: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}

The board ran out {k-Spades}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs} to give Geilich the nutflush.

Quick Eliminations After the Bubble

Blinds 4,000-8,000

Several players ran out of chips in quick succession and among them were also Maksim "KaTya_I8" Shuts and Andrii Novak.

Shuts got the chips in preflop with {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{5-Hearts} against the {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Spades} of Baling Sebestyen and saw the board run out {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{7-Spades}{j-Spades}{a-Hearts}.

Arie Muller then knocked out Novak when the chips went in preflop.

Andrii Novak: {k-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Arie Muller: {q-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}

The {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Spades}{9-Spades}{j-Spades} runout gave Muller a straight eventually.

Peltoniemi Eliminated

Blinds 4,000-8,000

Janne Peltoniemi potted for over half his stack and called off the last 23K to a reraise from Nikola Minkov, who had {a-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}. That was bad news for Peltoniemi, who showed {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{9-Hearts}, and an ace-high board left him dead on the turn.

Hueber Eliminated

Blinds 4,000-8,000

Thomas Hueber got it in holding {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{q-}{7-} and was up against the {k-Spades}{q-Spades}{j-}{9-} of an opponent on his left. That player turned a spade flush to send Hueber packing.

Barer Eliminated on the Bubble

Blinds 3,500-7,000

Benjamin "dr100percent" Juhasz raised to 18,900 from under the gun and Idris Ambraisse raised the pot. Ami Barer called all-in for 20,795 on the button and Juhasz folded.

Ami Barer: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{7-Hearts}
Idris Ambraisse: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}

The board ran out {4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{j-Spades} for Ambraisse to flop the wheel and leave Barer drawing dead on the turn.

Tsang Doubles Through Nemeth

Tsang vs Nemeth
Tsang vs Nemeth

Blinds 3,500-7,000

Anson "Tara@0z" Tsang raised the pot to be left with four and a half blinds, and he was called by Andras Nemeth in the big blind. Nemeth bet 39,375 on the {q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop and Tsang called all-in.

Anson "Tara@0z" Tsang: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}
Andras Nemeth: {6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs}

Nemeth had a wrap but missed on the {3-Hearts} turn and {3-Clubs} river runout, giving Tsang the double with ace-queen high.

Bubble Double for Nemeth

Blinds 3,500-7,000

Andras Nemeth limped in middle position and Kilian "Birdie Power" Loeffler raised to 31,500 on the button. Nemeth responded by potting to 105,000 and Loeffler called. Nemeth's last 41K went in on the {j-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop.

Nemeth: {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{a-Clubs}
Loeffler: {q-Spades}{7-Spades}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}

Nemeth was in good shape for a dub and the {2-Spades} turn and {3-Hearts} river were bricks for Loeffler.

Juhasz Doubles Through Ambraisse

Juhasz vs Ambraisse
Juhasz vs Ambraisse

Blinds 3,000-6,000

In a battle button versus small blind, Benjamin "dr100percent" Juhasz ended up at risk on the stone cold money bubble against Idris Ambraisse in the small blind.

Benjamin "dr100percent" Juhasz: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{2-Clubs}
Idris Ambraisse: {10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}

The {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Hearts} runout kept Juhasz in contention with the wheel.

Aces No Good for Vieira Twice

Amundsgaard vs Vieira
Amundsgaard vs Vieira

Blinds 3,000-6,000

After losing most of his stack with aces all in preflop against a one-gap rundown, Joao Vieira got the remaining crumbs in with aces again, this time {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{2-Spades} against the {q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs} of Ola Amundsgaard. Amundsgaard turned two pair and held on to bust Vieira.

Fuchs Forces Fold From "trubadur"

Blinds 3,000-6,000

"trubadur" raised to 12,000 and was called only by Florian "HoldemKing17" Fuchs in the big blind. On a flop of {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}, Fuchs check-called for 8,910 and then led the {5-Spades} turn for 33,615, which his opponent called.

Fuchs then fired the {9-Clubs} river for 90,038 and "trubadur" tank-folded {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades}.
