WSOPC #17: $252 Deepstack Bounty Hunters No-Limit Hold'em Starts at 12 p.m. GMT

The WSOP Winter Online Circuit is in full swing at GGPoker.

The festival boasts over $100 million in guaranteed prizes across hundreds of tournaments including 18 WSOP Circuit gold ring events featuring $30 million in guarantees alone.

The WSOPC #17: $252 Deepstack Bounty Hunters No-Limit Hold'em, featuring a $500,000 guarantee, is the second to last chance for players to win a gold ring this festival.

The action kicks off at noon GMT (8 a.m. EST) with players starting off with 40,000 in chips and blinds increasing every 15 minutes during the 16-level late registration period after which time the pace is faster with 10-minute blind levels.

As this is a progressive bounty tournament, a bounty of at least $120 will be awarded for each player that gets eliminated while the other 50 percent of the bounty will be added onto the bounty of the player who wins the all-in.

Players that enter before the action begins will be given Early Bird Bubble Protection. This means that if any players starting on time are eliminated on the bubble, they will be refunded their $252 buy-in in the form of T$.

GGPoker has introduced some new features which includes several estimations of timelines. For this tournament for example, the estimation is that it will take just over 3 hours and 47 minutes before the bubble has burst, 7 hours and 21 minutes before the final table has been reached, and 92 minutes for the final table to play out. This means that GGPoker estimates that the tournament will last 8 hours and 53 minutes in total.

GGPoker now also has a Final Table Blind Rollback feature where the blind level will be rolled back at the start of the final table to give players an average of 40~100 big blinds. Also noticeable in the tournament lobby is the fact that deal making is possible which wasn't an option in some of the other tournaments during the WSOPC.

PokerNews will be here from the first knockout until the final bounty has been awarded so make sure to keep reading along with all the live updates.
