Rehman Ups the Pressure on Debe

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

With 50,000 chips in the pot, Saeed Rehman bets 35,000 on the turn with a board of {6-Spades}{j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}. Orhan Debe was deep into the tank which prompted a tablemate to request the clock.

Debe folded and showed the {j-Clubs} and asked Rehman to show one card of his own. He duly obliged and showed the {7-Clubs}

Di Giacomo Busts Grigorian

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Samuel Grigorian was already spotted all-in and at risk for what appeared to be around 48,000 and he was snapped off by Claudio Di Giacomo.

Samuel Grigorian: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Claudio Di Giacomo: {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}

The {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop provided no help but the {2-Clubs} turn added a flush draw on top for the Dutchman. However, the {10-Hearts} river was of no help and Grigorian hit the rail.

Tomovic Gets a Bluff Through

Aleksandar Tomovic
Aleksandar Tomovic

With around 22,000 in the middle to the {a-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades} river, Aleksandar Tomovic moved all-in for 28,600. That sent Marian Beldie on the button into the tank for more than three minutes until he released his cards into the muck and exposed the {a-Spades}.

Tomovic flipped over his {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts} and chipped up with his bluff, as he played the board.

Ta then bet the {7-Hearts} river for 25,000 and Kokoska snap-folded.

Ghashayar Eliminated Once More

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

On a completed board of {q-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}, Sebastian Ulrich bet 45,000 into a pot of 47,000. Imah Ghashayar only had 4,000 behind and eventually got those in, too. Ulrich tabled the {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for the top set and Ghashayar's {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for just the top pair went down in flames.

Dula Knocks Out Lavis as Roe Loses a Chunk

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Dalibor Dula
Dalibor Dula

Michael Roe raised to 3,000 from under the gun and Abdelhakim Zoufri three-bet to 8,000. Christian Thiel four-bet to 30,000 and earned two folds, revealing the {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} to everyone.

In the next hand, Dalibor Dula raised to 2,600 and received two callers including Zoufri. Lorenzo Lavis then jammed for 15,200 in the cutoff and Roe called out of the big blind. Dula reraised to 35,000 and was called only by Roe.

After the {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop, Roe opted to check-call a bet worth 8,000 by Dula and the {8-Clubs} turn was checked through. On the {10-Spades} river, Roe bet 35,000 only for Dula to then shove for 117,300 total. Roe gave it some consideration and folded the {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} face up. Dula exposed his {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for the superior set and once Lavis tabled his {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, Roe shot out of his chair in disgust as his flopped set had been done by a one-outer.
