It's Always on the River
Level 11
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Renmei Liu opened the button to 4,000 before the action folded to Shayne Khanna in the big blind. After a moment in the tank he moved all in for his last 29,000. Liu tossed in a call and they were off to a full board with Khanna at risk.
Renmei Liu: Q♦10♠
Shayne Khanna: A♦10♣
The 2♣J♠6♣ flop did not improve either player but the Khanna drilled the Q♥ turn. Unfortunately, the deck had other plans as the A♥ landed on the river sending Khanna to the rail.
