Cesar Montanes Alonso opened to 5,500 from early position and was called by Alexey Neofitov to his left. Nicolo Di Perna then three-bet to 16,000 from the small blind, and Montanes called. However, neither player expected Neofitov to four-bet shove for 64,500.
Di Perna went deep into the tank before folding. Montanes also took his time before eventually folding.
"Ace-four suited, legit three-bet," Di Perna explained after the hand.
