Barczak went into the tank and called but mucked his hand when Paone flipped over 6♥6♣.
In a blind versus blind situation, Matthew Micallef bet 4,000 on a flop of 6♣8♠5♦ but Riccardo Trevisani to his left raised to 13,500. Micallef called.
Trevisani fired a second barrel to 20,500 on the 2♦ turn. Micallef check-called and led out for 15,000 on the 6♥ river.
Trevisani called but lost to Micallef's two pair with 8♦7♠.
Carlo van Ravenswoud opened to 8,000 from early position and was called by Thomas Rayssiguier and Christophe Pommier, both in the blinds.
All three players checked the 4♣9♣K♣ flop and the A♠ turn, but Rayssiguier led out for 22,000 on the 7♠ river.
Pommier quickly folded but Van Ravenswoud called, only to run into Rayssiguier's A♥Q♥.
