255 Players on Day 2 of the 2026 WSOP Circuit Marrakech Main Event
With a total of 1,694 entries recorded across the three starting flights for a total prize pool of 23,039,000 MAD, the 2026 World Series of Poker Circuit Marrakech Main Event set new records at the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort.
Now that all 255 remaining players are in the money, the only question is the identity of the future winner. Among the list of favorites, Azedine Bendjilali tops the standings after finishing his flight as the overall chip leader.
The French comedian bagged 1,360,000 chips, more than the four other millionaires: Day 1c chip leader Kilian Kramer (1,256,000), Claude Mamalepot (1,099,000), Day 1a chip leader Amine Moussallaoui (1,053,000) and Anas Tadini (1,050,000).

It comes as no surprise to find Guillaume Darcourt (973,000) among the big stacks, nor EPT champion Tomasz Brzezinski (874,000), Paul Tedeschi (712,000), Malcolm Franchi (705,000), Mehdi Chaoui (672,000) or Anthony Apicella (550,000).
WSOP bracelet winners Jeremy Saderne (680,000), Hossein Ensan (420,000), Alexandre Reard (357,000) and Romain Le Dantec (261,000) also punched their tickets to Day 2, alongside teammates Leo Margets (144,000) and Romain Lewis (142,000). They are joined by Fabrice Bigot (484,000), Luc Ramos (318,000), Ramon Colillas (202,000), Javier Tsunamy (201,000) and Quentin Laugt (144,000).
All will be looking to follow in the footsteps of the two defending champions, Max Deveson (300,000) and Justin Tsui. However, last year’s winner Tsui will return with just over the starting stack (66,000). Meanwhile, beyond the Main Event title itself, Jean-Jack Chantalat (123,000) and Aitor Cruz (106,000) will also be chasing a second WSOP Circuit ring this week.
Play is set to resume at 1 p.m. local time with blinds of 6,000/12,000 and a 12,000 big blind ante. Levels will now increase to 60 minutes for the remainder of the tournament. The day will end after the completion of Level 28 or when three table remain. Day 2 will also be to follow on stream with commentaries in English, French and Spanish.
All the remaining players are now in the money and secured a minimum cash-prize of 32,000 MAD. The detailed payouts will be revealed at the restart.
