Moments after the table opened, Eric Rabut raised to 600 from the button but Brice Guido in the small blind three-bet to 1,800. Said El Yousfi called from the big blind, and Rabut completed.

Guido continued for 2,100 on a flop of J♣2♠9♥. Both El Yousfi and Rabut called to find the Q♥ turn that both players in the blinds checked.

Rabut seized this opportunity to bet 9,000. Guido quickly folded, and El Yousfi eventually folded as well.

New Venue & Dates for 2026 WSOP Europe Festival

As the 2025 World Series of Poker Europe €10,350 Main Event played down to a final table in October, the WSOP made ripples by announcing a new home and dates for the popular European festival.

The 2026 WSOP Europe will take place at Hilton Prague in the Czechia in partnership with King's Casino Prague. What's more, the festival will take place March 31-April 12, despite typically taking place in the fall months.

“It’s an exciting rebirth of the World Series of Poker Europe in Prague,” WSOP Chief Executive Officer Ty Stewart said in a press release. “We have a big ambition to elevate this festival to one of the very best in the world and look forward to welcoming players to a great poker city next April.”

Moments after Maher Achour cracked Sacha Cohen's aces with two pair, Olivier Paris opened to 1,000 from under the gun and was called by Hisoka who defended from the big blind.

Both players quickly checked a flop of 6♠6♥9♦ leading to the 4♥ turn where Hisoka led out for 1,300. Paris made the call.

Hisoka fired a second barrel of 3,600 on the 2♠ river, but Paris raised to 10,600. Hisoka went into the tank but folded.

The action was picked up with Gabriel betting 1,100 from under the gun and being called by Clement Gunther to his left. Joaquim Marques in the cutoff raised to 4,700 and was called by Pierre Zerbib on the button and both Gabriel and Gunther.

The dealer fanned a flop of 8♠K♥2♥ and Gabriel directly moved all-in for 22,000 to make his opponents fold.

In the next hand, four players discovered a flop of 9♥7♥9♣. Gabriel in the big blind bet 1,200, Gunther under the gun raised to 3,000 but Marques clicked-back to 4,200. Gunther was the only one to call.

He checked the 10♣ turn and snap-called after Marques moved all-in for 15,000.

Marques hit trips but Gunther flopped a boat so Marques became the first player eliminated today after the 8♥ was revealed. Moments later, Bruno "Kool Shen" Lopes arrived at the table.

On a board of K♣K♦J♦A♣9♠, the pot already reached 12,000 when Tristan Mary in the hijack checked. FrankSell in the cutoff bet 6,000 and it didn't take long for Mary to throw a chip to call.

FrankSell quickly flipped over Q♣10♦ for a straight hit on the turn. Mary looked at this hand only to realize that the A♥ he revealed wasn't enough to take the pot.
