Drissi Runs Into Mercier's Two Pair
Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Heads-up on a board of 2♣6♣10♥8♠A♠ with roughly 30,000 in the pot, Natasha Mercier in the big blind threw her blue 5,000-denomination chips in front of her for a total of 40,000. Abdennour Drissi under the gun had only 27,500 behind and went deep into the tank.
The clock was called but before the start of the countdown, he called.
Abdennour Drissi: A♦K♣
Natasha Mercier: A♣10♣
Martinez Risco called with top pair but saw Mercier reveal two pair, so he was eliminated.
