Jan-Peter Jachtmann Bubbles After Flopping a Set

Level 20 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Jan-Peter Jachtmann Bubble Hand
Jan-Peter Jachtmann Bubble Hand

The bubble has broken, with 2012 WSOP PLO Champion Jan-Peter Jachtmann bubbling the WSOP Circuit King's Casino Main Event. The action got very heated with lots of table talk and a crowd gathering on a flop of {9-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}.

The controversy began when Erdar betting 88,000 chips, however, the dealer and a couple of others at the table including Michael Magalashvili that was also still in the hand thought they heard him say all in. For his part Erdar kept saying, "I don't care, just put me all-in."

The bet stood, Magalashvili who received a warning not to talk during the hand any further called, and Jachtmann shoved all in for his remaining 177,000 chips. Both players called, and checked back to each other on the turn of {3-Spades} and the river of {k-Clubs}.

More controversy took place when despite being asked not to with another table of play, Erdar exposed he had {5-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for the flush. After hand for hand was over, Magalashivili showed he had {a-Spades}{9-Spades} for a flopped two-pair, and Jachtmann flopped a set on the flop with {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}.

The tournament now has 80 players, each guaranteeing themselves a minimum payday of €2,545. Play is scheduled to continue until we have 16 players.

Sibione Loses Flip to Klüpfel

Level 20 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

On the board {Q-Clubs}{6-Spades}{K-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}, Klüpfel improved on the flop to a pair of kings and Sibione was eliminated.

In the Super High Roller, the pocket queens of Pierre Mothes were cracked and he had to settle for third place. Now, he had pocket aces and the enormous run good of chip leader Süleyman Erdar continued once again after calling the three-bet shove for 136,000 with sevens. A seven came on the board and that was it for Mothes.

Igor Lebloch and Peter Spacek were also eliminated while Johnny Hansen used the bubble to increase his stack significantly. The field has been reduced to 72 players, though the 74th place finisher has not collected his money yet.

Frantisek Bures was the 74th place finisher and Stefan Raab as well as Martin Kabrhel followed.

Zoltan Gal had limped in and Kabrhel checked his option. On the flop {Q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}, Gal continued for 11,000 and Kabrhel called before the {8-Hearts} fell on the turn. Gal now fired 27,000 and Kabrhel shoved for 100,000 with the {8-}{9-} for two pair. Gal snap-called with {J-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for the straight and the river bricked.

Level 20 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
