Quads Beat the Nut Full House

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante
Duc Quy Nguyen
Duc Quy Nguyen

On a flop of {k-Spades}{j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}, Yann Lormel checked and then called a bet worth 1,500 by Duc Quy Nguyen. He checked the {4-Clubs} once more and then called a second barrel for 3,900.

The {j-Diamonds} fell on the river and Lormel checked the third street in a row. Nguyen bet 9,900 and received a quick call to turn over {j-Spades}{10-Hearts} for quads. Once Lormel revealed his {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}, the entire table gasped and several players grabbed their smart phones to take a picture.

"Oh my god, how do you just call there," a surprised Nguyen asked and was then moved tables to balance the growing field.

Laubinger Loses Loads to Perea Perez

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

A bet of 8,800 and a call were already pulled into the main pot and the completed board showed {9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{7-Clubs}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}. Jorge Perea Perez bet 17,000 and that sent Alessandro Laubinger into the tank.

The German eventually called and Perea Perez tabled {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} for kings and nines. Laubinger mucked and mentioned in table chat that he had pocket queens.

Viard Takes From Vrakas

Level 2 : 100/300, 300 ante

Alexandre Viard's raise was three-bet by Georgios Vrakas and they headed three-ways to the {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop. Vrakas bet half the pot for Viard to call and that led to a pot of around 24,000. Vrakas then checked the {q-Hearts} turn and Viard bet 13,000 to win the pot without resistance.

Somers Flushes Macesovic

Level 2 : 100/300, 300 ante
Irena Macesovic
Irena Macesovic

Fabrice Somers raised to 800 in the cutoff and was called by Irena Macesovic in the small blind and the big blind. On a flop of {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Spades}, Macesovic check-called for 1,200 and then did so again for 3,400 on the {2-Clubs} turn. Macesovic then led the {k-Hearts} river for 5,000 and Somers raised it up to 15,000 and Macesovic quickly called.

Somers tabled the {j-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for a flush and Macesovic mucked, mentioning in table chat she had queen-jack.

"Nice flop. No, actually, nice river," Somers said and jokingly tossed a T-100 chip to the dealer as tip.

Nodea Gets Some Chips Back

Level 2 : 100/300, 300 ante

Picking up the action on the {j-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop, Martin Ilavsky checked his option out of the big blind. Andrei Nodea bet 1,400 only to get check-raised to 5,200 total. That was called by Nodea and both players then checked down the {8-Diamonds} turn and {10-Clubs} river.

Ilavsky turned over {7-Spades}{5-Clubs} for a pair of fives, which Nodea had beat with {a-Clubs}{j-Spades} for a pair of jacks.
