Boernicke Jams Up the Stack

Level 2 : 100/300, 300 ante

On a three-way flop of {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}, Max Leipold checked out of the small blind and so did Patrick Boernicke in the big blind.

Andres Frey bet 3,100 in the cutoff and Leipold called. Boernicke then check-raised to 10,000 and Frey was the only caller. As the {k-Hearts} fell on the turn, Boernicke instantly jammed and Frey folded, sighed and said "I should have just pushed you all-in already".

Ntoumos Eliminated by Terrier

Level 2 : 100/300, 300 ante

With plenty of chips in the middle and then turn showing {j-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{6-Spades}, Vasileos Ntoumos was at risk for 20,100 and Yves Terrier instantly called.

Vasileos Ntoumos: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Yves Terrier: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

Only a queen could save Ntoumos but he found no help on the {7-Spades} river to join the rail early on Day 1b

Werner Doubles Through Oosterbaan

Level 2 : 100/300, 300 ante

The {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop brought the chips of Bernd Werner in the small blind in the middle, who had just 15,300 left over. He was called by Sylvester Oosterbaan in the cutoff and both revealed top pair.

Bernd Werner: {q-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Sylvester Ooosterbaan: {j-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

Neither the {3-Hearts} turn nor the {6-Spades} river changed anything and Werner doubled.

Kabbani Chips Up Through Paleta

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

In a battle of the blinds, the completed board showed {j-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Adel Kabbani bet 15,500. Rastislav Paleta eventually called but mucked when Kabbani tabled the {6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}.

It is the second bullet for Kabbani on Day 1b and he has almost doubled up already. Paleta's decent start was slowed down but he remains well above the average.

A four-bet to 15,000 was in front of Tony Chang and Milad Oghabian then jammed for 37,200 in total. Chang was deep in the tank and the time was called on him. He was given 30 seconds to act and made the call eventually.

Milad Oghabian: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Tony Chang: {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

The board ran out clean for the Dutchman, showing {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}, and Oghabian doubled.
