Rozenbaum Chips Up Against Achegsei

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Ahmad Achegsei bet the {a-Clubs}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs} river for 28,500 and Shay Rozenbaum gave it plenty of consideration. Once the call followed, Achegsei flashed the {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs} for a busted gutshot and Rozenbaum won the pot with {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}.

Tonino Schmitz raised to 10,000 from an early position and Kevin Naegelen called in the cutoff. Ondrej Drozd then jammed for the last 58,000 on the button and Andrea Dato reluctantly folded in the big blind. Schmitz called and Naegelen folded, claiming in table chat he had pocket nines.

Ondrej Drozd: {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}
Tonino Schmitz: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}

The {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{7-Hearts} board kept the pair in the lead and Drozd joined the long list of Day 2 casualties.

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

The last level had not been as kind to Marian Kubis and he now faced Christophe Panetti. They were already on the 59d7d3hJdJc] and Panetti bet 12,500. Kubis raised big to 61,000 and Panetti eventually folded, showing a jack. Kubis returned the favour and exposed the {10-Diamonds}.

Kabrhel Doubles Through Frey

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Martin Kabrhel bet the {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{4-Hearts} turn for 26,000 out of a stack of 61,000.

"If you jam, I might fold," he said to his sole opponent Andres Frey on the button. Frey then pushed and Kabrhel snap-called with {j-Clubs}{10-Hearts} for the nuts. Frey's cards were briefly shown but instantly mucked when the meaningless {q-Spades} river completed the board.

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Three ways to the {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}{8-Clubs} flop, Do Tran bet 11,000 on the button and Nawroz Gaff called in the small blind. They checked the {7-Clubs} turn and {6-Diamonds} river. Gaff tabled {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs} for two pair and Tran mucked, claiming in table chat he had an ace.

Buerger Doubles Through Ben Zvi

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Asaf Ben Zvi opened to 10,000 from under the gun and then called the shove by Janina Buerger in the small blind for 58,000.

Janina Buerger: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Asaf Ben Zvi: {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}

The superior pair held thanks to the {q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{8-Hearts}{8-Spades} board and remained in contention.
