JohnnyBax Loses with Top Set

Having flopped the top set on the flop, Cliff "JohnnyBax" Josephy was bewildered by an opponent who made a straight on the river after having three-bet him with a draw on the flop.

Josephy tossed his cards into the muck on the river, visibly disgusted by the hand.

On the last hold'em hand of level 11, Gavin Smith raised from middle position and got three callers: Seats 1 and 2, and Joe Cassidy from the big blind.

The flop came {8-Hearts}

. Joe checked, Gavin bet, seat 1 called, and seat 2 folded. Joe Cassidy then reraised, and both Gavin and seat 1 called.

The turn was the {2-Spades}

. Cassidy led out and both players called. The river brought the {10-Clubs}
