Tehan Eliminates Ivey and Brady

Chips were flying on table 11, as Matt Brady moved all-in under the gun for 1500. Phil Ivey called from the cutoff and Joe Tehan made the call from the big blind.

, and Tehan checked to Ivey who bet 2,000 on the side; Tehan called.

The turn brought the {A-Spades}

and Tehan tried to take down the pot on the spot with a 4,000 bet. Ivey had other plans, however, and made it 12,000 to go. Tehan thought long and hard before eventually making the call.

The river was the {J-Clubs}

, which prompted Tehan to move all in for 13,500. Phil Ivey muttered "wow, wow, wow," under his breath and reluctantly made the call.

Tehan turned over the second nuts, {K-Clubs}

, which sent both Ivey and Brady to the rail.

After the hand, Tehan surged into the chip lead with 64,000 chips.
