Tehan Loses a Monster to Terrence Chan

Shortly after the tournament staff made the announcement that all remaining players were in the money, Joe Tehan lost a huge pot to Terrence Chan.

Chan made it 3,600 to go before the flop holding pocket queens. Tehan reraised to 7,500, after which Chan bumped it up again to 21,000.

Tehan immediately said, "All in," sending Chan into the tank. After running the math in his head, Chan made the call and was pleased to see Tehan turn over pocket fives.

The board came jack high, and Chan's queens held up, earning him the pot and the chip lead; he now has over 200,000 chips.

Tehan dropped to 60,000 on the hand.
