"I'm folding because you've got two queens," Chiu says. Sure enough, Pappas rolls over Q-Q.
"That's why he's the champion of champions," Pappas says, referring to Chiu's win at the inaugural Tournament of Champions in 1999.

On fifth, Torosyan bets and Walser calls. On sixth, Walser checks his pair and Torosyan bets. Walser calls and shows Q-Q-8-8 versus A-A in the hole for Torosyan that did not improve. Walser is at 65,000 and Torosyan is at 39,000.

On fourth, Pappas bets and Zeidman calls.
On fifth, Zeidman checks. Pappas puts him all in and he calls.
Pappas has 6-7-8-9 and calls for a ten. Indeed, he gets a ten on sixth for the straight. Zeidman shows two kings, but they are not good enough. Zeidman eventually makes aces and kings, but he is out and can't believe his bad luck. Pappas has 76,000.
