Roland DeWolfe Eliminated

On a board showing {J-Hearts}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts}, Roland says "that's my flop." After the action checked around to DeWolfe, he said "let me check . . . ." The player to Roland's left then checked, and the dealer started to burn and turn the next card when Roland tossed out his last 600 in chips.

The dealer paused, and said "you checked." Another player spoke up on Roland's behalf, explaining that he meant "let me check my cards."

The dealer then allowed the bet, which was called by two players. The action was then checked the rest of the way down, and the turn and river came {3-Spades}{10-Clubs}.

Roland's opponents would end up chopping the pot with a pair of Jacks for the high, and an A-4 low, which sent Roland home early.
