Jean-Robert Bellande Doubles and Doubles

Nursing a short stack, Jean-Robert Bellande raised the rest of his chips with the {A-Spades} {4-Diamonds} and after one player called the board of {J-Diamonds} {2-Clubs} {3-Clubs} {5-Clubs} {7-Spades} gave Bellande a wheel and the pot.

On the very next hand Bellande called a raise from the blind and, before the dealer spread the flop, went all-in blind. The flop came down {Q-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} and the other player thought for awhile before reluctantly making the call. Both the call and the flop were to Bellande's liking--his {A-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs} outflopped his foe's {A-Spades} {K-Clubs} and Bellande held on to increase his stack to 5,200.
