Deja Vu

Jeffrey Lisandro is a magnet for pocket aces today, getting them twice in the last hour; both times winning big pots.

This time around, a player moved all in from middle position for 1,450. A late-position player made the call, and when the action got around to Lisandro in the big blind, he reraised, making it 3,200 to go. The late-position player called, creating a side pot going into the flop.

{10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{10-Clubs} was the flop and Lisandro bet 2,000 on the side; his opponent made the call.

The turn brought the {4-Spades} and this time Lisandro upped his bet to 3,000, upon which his opponent mucked.

The player who was all in before the flopped turned over a pocket pair of queens for tens full, but Lisandro's aces had the all-in player drawing to a queen with one card to come.

When the {7-Hearts} fell on the river, Lisandro earned the checkmark for the hand and added a whole bunch of chips to his stack -- he's now at 27,000 chips.
