Marcel vs. the Dealer

Marcel Luske caused a bit of a stir at his table when he refused to continue playing unless the dealer stopped pulling players' bets into the pot instead of leaving them stacked in front of the bettors, as is customary in Omaha 8 or better (it makes it much easier and quicker to split the pot at the conclusion of the hand). The floor was called over and the dispute was resolved in Luske's favor.

Luske's stack is up to 88,000.

Chen's Two-Tabling Ends

Bill Chen moved all in pre-flop with {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{10-Spades} and was called by Mark Tenner with {6-Clubs}{6-Spades}{8-Spades}{9-Clubs}. The board ran out {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}, giving Tenner a flush in clubs and an 8-7 low.

And just like that, Bill Chen was eliminated from the tournament and is now free to return to his stack in the shorthanded NLHE event.

Two-Tabler of the Day

Bill Chen spent the last two hours across the rail in the $5,000 NLHE 6-handed event, where he amassed a $16,000 stack before abandoning it to continue play in Day 2 of the $2,000 Omaha hi-lo event. He'll be bouncing back and forth between his two tables this afternoon until he is knocked out of one.
