Daniel Negreanu has taken his seat fairly recently, and as we just walked by, we noticed only two organge (5k) chips in front of him. Daniel had to invoke his red chip, and he is down to 10,000 chips.

Lee Watkinson

Lee Watkinson, the winner of this event last year, has made a good start this year.
Involved in a pot against Chip Reese that had them both all in on the turn their cards were:

This gave Lee top two pair and an open ended straight draw and Chip flopped two pair and had the nut flush draw.
The river was the {6-Clubs}

and Lee wins with tens up. He now has around 32,000.
