Haxton Takes Down a 200k Pot

On a flop of {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{9-Clubs}, Isaac Haxton bets 500,000 into a 200,000 pot, enough to put his opponent Mark Ellerbe all in. Ellerbe goes into the tank and says "I know you have a flush draw, but I fold."

Haxton laughs and shows him the {K-Diamonds}.

May I See Your ID?

Dario Minieri

Richard Harris raised to 60,000 from middle position and Dario Minieri called. The flop was {Q-Spades}{9-Spades}{8-Spades}. Harris checked and Minieri bet 100,000. Harris asked for Minieri to count out his remaining chips and as he started to, Harris folded.

After the hand, Willie Tann asked Minieri how old he was. "Are you even 21 yet?" he queried.

"No, not yet," Minieri joked.

"What's your name?" asked Tann.

"Dario" he replied.

"No, your REAL name... not the one on that fake ID," he kidded.

Andrew Gunderson eliminated by Jeff Bryan

Jeff Bryan raises to 60,000 under the gun and it is folded around to Andrew Gunderson on the small blind, who moves all in for 325,000. Daniel Alaei folds the big blind and Bryan makes the call.

Gunderson has {Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}
Bryan has {A-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}

The flop is {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{4-Diamonds}, giving Gunderson a straight draw, but the turn {6-Spades} and river {K-Hearts} don't improve him and he is eliminated.

So This Is How It's Gonna Be

Huck Seed is sitting in the 8-seat and Dario Minieri is in the 9. Seed made a preflop raise to 70,000. Minieri, as he's done just about every hand since Day One, re-raised to 220,000.

And then Seed re-raised to 1 million.

Minieri folded, and it should be interesting to see how these two players fare the rest of the day sitting next to each other.
