Action folded around to the small blind who open raised all in for 7,575. Antonio Esfandiari, the only player left to act, was in the big blind. After a lengthy consideration, Antonio made the call. The small blind says "You didn't have to call." Esfandiari laughingly says "You didn't have to raise." The players turned up . . .
