The "Quack Quack" Guy

When Paul "X-22" Magriel first sat down at his new table, his reputation preceded him. A few people at the table knew him only as "the Quack Quack guy." X-22 is known for putting in a "Quack Quack" bet -- 2,200 -- or a "Double Quack" -- 4,400. There's also a "Triple Quack" -- 6,600.

He's known as X-22 because he was the 22nd player on the list when he won a big backgammon tournament.

X-22 wouldn't reveal his last name until a passing tournament director told everyone. Once the players found out, he treated them to a Triple Quack followed by a Rainbow Bet -- another Magriel specialty. It's a bet with one of each chip. One orange, one yellow, one blue, and one black makes 6,600. X-22 is quite the character.
