Aces Hold for Chattha

Preflop, from early position, Theo Tran made it 3,600 to go and was called by Dane Lomas and Pete de Best, both from middle position. Charles Chattha moved all-in for his remaining 35,100. Everyone folded back to Dane Lomas who called and showed pocket jacks while Chattha turned over pocket aces.

Lomas failed to improve and is left with only 6,000 after the hand while Chattha is up to 80,000.

We had Theo Tran listed as busted in the chip counts for a few seconds--that was a misclick. He's still in. When someone on the rail told Theo that he was listed as busted in the count, Liz Lieu said, "That's because he keeps running back and forth between the Ladies Event and his seat's empty."

Preflop, Steven Merrifield made it 5,700 to go and Marco Johnson raised all-in for another 18,300 more. Stuart Baum moved all in as well and Merrifield folded. Baum turned over A-K while Johnson held {K-Diamonds} {Q-Diamonds}. The A-K held up for Baum and Johnson was eliminated.

After a {7-Hearts} {6-Spades} {10-Diamonds} flop Vanessa Selbst bet 8,000 and was called. She then bet 10,000 after the {6-Clubs} turned and 25,000 when the {K-Diamonds} hit on the river and that's when she showed {A-Clubs} {K-Hearts} for top pair on the river to take down the pot. She's now up to 155,000.
