Hildebranski Hanging In

Patryk Hildebranski has doubled up with pocket nines on the button against Michael Schwartz' pocket fives. Neither hand hit the board, and Hildebranski doubles up to 34,800.

Roseberry Takes the Lead

Continuing his astonishing comeback, Travis Roseberry has snatched the chip lead from Kyle Bowker. All in preflop with {A-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} against Bowker's pocket tens, Roseberry coinflipped his way to a 2:1 chip lead over Bowker, hitting the {K-Spades} {3-Hearts} {3-Spades} {8-Hearts} {8-Spades} board.

Heads Up Counts

Michelle John -- 100,000
vs.
Alexander Triner -- 200,000

David Ortiz -- 150,000
vs.
Jason Young -- 150,000

Ali Eslami -- 110,000
vs.
John Strzemp III -- 190,000

Younghouse Busts Out

Michelle John limps in, and Kurt Younghouse pushes all in for his sizable stack. John thinks about it for a while, and then calls -- she is dominating him.

John: {A-Diamonds} {4-Spades}
Younghouse: {A-Spades} {2-Clubs}

Flop: {2-Spades} {3-Spades} {8-Diamonds} -- suddenly Younghouse is ahead with a pair of deuces

Turn: {K-Spades} -- Younghouse stays ahead, picking up a flush draw to boot

River: {5-Diamonds} -- and suddenly Michelle John has made a straight, and Kurt Younghouse has busted out. Michelle John continues heads up with Alexander Triner.

Matt Giannetti Survives

Matt Giannetti
Matt Giannetti
Matt Giannetti has doubled up to 53,000 courtesy of Kahlid Hameed who drops to 37,000 as a result.

With Giannetti raising to 8,000 preflop, Hameed makes the call and we see a {9-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Spades} flop.

Hameed bets 17,100 and Giannetti calls.

Hameed = {8-Hearts}{3-Hearts}
Giannetti = {K-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}

Turn = {4-Spades}

River = {K-Spades}

The table continues four handed. Gulp.

Roseberry Clawing Back

The honor of comeback of the day goes to Travis Roseberry -- from being the micro-stack when his table was three-way, he's not only made it to heads up but has gone some way to closing the gap between him and Kyle Bowker. Currently Bowker has 200,000, and Roseberry, armed with a beer, has doubled his stack to 100,000.

Simple Elimination

Casey McCarrell
Casey McCarrell
"A simple, simple elimination," as my field reporter commented, Casey McCarrell pushing all in under-the-gun with {A-Hearts}{7-Clubs} and being looked up by Craig Marquis in the big blind with {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}.

A decisive {6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{J-Spades}{2-Hearts} board later and McCarrell is gone in fourth, leaving Khalid Hameed, Craig Marquis, Matthew Giannetti and Danny Smith to go at it four-handed.

We could be here a while...

Zeidman Eliminated

Mike Schwartz makes it 7,300 preflop and both John McKinney and Corey Zeidman call. "Three-way action!" exclaims McKinney. "Only in Vegas."

McKinney checks the {9-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} {K-Clubs} flop and Schwartz bets out 13,200. Zeidman now makes it all in for 45,800 and McKinney calls -- Schwartz wisely gets out of their way, and they turn over their cards.

McKinney: {8-Clubs} {10-Clubs}
Zeidman: has outs with {J-Clubs} {Q-Spades}

Turn: {8-Hearts}
River: {4-Diamonds}

Meaning that Zeidman busts out and the table continues three-way with McKinney the chip leader on 140,500.

Lucky Hameed

Khalid Hameed goes all in for 32,000 preflop with {6-Spades} {8-Spades} and is in some considerable hot water against Matt Giannetti's {A-Hearts} {A-Clubs} -- until the {10-Diamonds} {9-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} {10-Clubs} board gives him an extremely lucky double-up to keep him in the game.
