With several players limping into the pot Eli Elezra did the same, while not looking at his cards. The flop came and one of the limpers pushed for his last 7,025. "If I have an ace or a king, I'm calling you," Elezra said, and looked down to find that had waited patiently for Eli to discover them. He made the call, won the pot against his opponent's when the board bricked out, and he now sits with 41,000.
Black was short-stacked and moved in before the flop, with Khan and Elezra calling. The flop came and when Elezra checked Khan moved all in for his last 4,750. Mark Newhouse raised preflop to 1,200 and was called by a player on the button and Liz Lieu from early position. The flop came and Liz Lieu moved all in after the button checked. Over the course of three rapid-fire hands Mario Silvestri availed himself of Phil Laak's chips. A 4,500 reraise after Laak opened the pot was the first cut, in the next hand Laak called a Silvestri reraise only to lay it down after Mario bet 2,000, and on the last hand Laak moved in for his last 1,050 and as Silvestri thought it over Laak said, "C'mon, you played every hand with me, you gotta at least call."
Silvestri did call and his pocket sevens help up against Laak's to take the pot and eliminate Laak.
