Grinder Grinding

In a limped pot, Michael Mizrachi raised to 6,000 from the small blind and got one caller. The flop came {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}, Mizrachi pushed the rest of his stack in, and was called.

He showed K-K-x-x, and his set of kings held up. The Grinder is up to 27,000.

Number Crunching

They just announced that with 483 rebuys and add-ons, our 152 entrants have generated a prize pool of $3,085,930.

The top 18 spots will pay. The bracelet winner will take home $817,781.

A Matter of Perspective

Erick Lindgren just took his seat at his new table, where Phil Laak is also sitting. Sporting a cool 100,000-chip stack, the table greeted Lindgren with "oohs" and "aahs."

"I was the short stack at my last table," Lindgren cracked.

Table #15 Breaks

Four players limped in to see a flop of {9-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{J-Spades}. Phil Ivey bet 2,000, Sirous Jamshidi (on his left) called, and the other two folded. The turn was the {8-Clubs}. Ivey checked, Jamshidi bet 4,000, and Ivey called.

The river brought the {10-Diamonds} and both checked. Both turned over Q-10-x-x and chopped the pot.

And that's the end of Table 15 -- they've just broken.

We're Back

High Society

It appears there are approximately 632,000 chips in play on Table No. 15. The biggest stacks sit before Phil Ivey (114,000) and Robert Williamson III (113,000). Alex Kravchenko sits on the short stack there with 19,100.

Word is Daniel Negreanu ended up rebuying 16 or 17 times, meaning he is in for at least $80,000. We're not certain, but that may well be the largest number of rebuys/add-ons of anyone in the event.

By the way, Table 15 is the next one scheduled to break, so all those chips will soon be distributed throughout the tourney.

Dinner Break

Regardless of one's stack size at the end of Level 3, all players have the option now to buy 10,000 or 20,000 more chips. Several are doing so, then filing out for the dinner break.

Play is scheduled to restart at 9:30pm Vegas time (about 45 minutes from now).

Freedom of Choice

As we approach the end of Level 3, the announcer is reminding players "You must rebuy and add-on before you leave the table" (for the upcoming dinner break).

Chris Ferguson is clarifying the announcement for the benefit of his tablemates: "You must rebuy and add-on," he is saying with a smile -- leaving out the rest.
