King Doubles With Aces

Duane Remington opened with a raise to 11,000 from middle postion before Zachary King came over the top for all of his 64,000 chip stack. Leonid Yanovski then moved all in from the cutoff and Remington stepped aside.

Yanovski showed {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts} but was in trouble as King flipped {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}.

The board ran out {8-Clubs}{2-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and King doubles to over 130,000 to leave Yanovski crippled.

Pattinson Shocks Singer

Dustin Pattinson raised from the cutoff to 10,000 and David Singer reraised to about 35,000 which was enough to put Pattinson all in. He decided to make the call and tabled an ambitious {3-Clubs}{5-Clubs} up against the {A-Spades}{10-Spades} of Singer.

The board of {3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{Q-Spades} left Pattinson with the only pair and Singer in a state of shock.

"Did you get that hand?" Singer asked our reporter, "...because I'm not sure I saw it!"

Singer is still in good shape on about 365,000 in chips.
