Alex Melnikow has gone from the penthouse to the outhouse in a matter of minutes after losing a massive pot to Johnny Neckar.
We caught the action on a flop of . Neckar checked and Melnikow bet out for 13,000. Neckar then made it 52,000 to go and Melnikow made the call.
The turn was the and Neckar bet out 80,000 before Melnikow moved all in over the top for all of his chips. Neckar made the call and tabled for two pair as Melnikow showed for a small flush draw.
The river was the and Neckar rakes in a pot worth close to half a million chips to claim the tournament chip lead to send Melnikow to the rail in 27th place.
Vincent Peraino raised to 12,000 preflop and Mclean Karr called. On a flop of , both players checked. On the turn of the , Peraino bet out for 8,000 and Karr raised for to 20,000. Peraino made the call.
The fell on the river and Peraino checked to Karr. Karr bet out for 38,000 and Peraino check-raised all in for 96,000 total. Karr made the call.

Ryan Young opened with a raise to 18,500 from early position before Matt Vengrin reraised to 45,000 from the button. Hjalti Jacobsen then came over the top of both for all of his 116,000 in chips.
Young went into the tank and said, "I guess my ace-queen is no good then!" forgetting that Vengrin still had a decision to make. Young folded and Vengrin made a reluctant call with . Jacobsen showed .
The flop came and Vengrin spiked a set. After Young had folded a queen, John Phan informed the table that he folded the other, leaving Jacobsen drawing to only a running straight to survive.
The turn was the and river and Jacobsen is sent to the rail in 24th place as Vengrin jumps to over 380,000 in chips!
