Alex Melnikow Eliminated in 27th Place ($11,264)

Alex Melnikow - 27th Place
Alex Melnikow - 27th Place
Alex Melnikow has gone from the penthouse to the outhouse in a matter of minutes after losing a massive pot to Johnny Neckar.

We caught the action on a flop of {6-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}. Neckar checked and Melnikow bet out for 13,000. Neckar then made it 52,000 to go and Melnikow made the call.

The turn was the {J-Diamonds} and Neckar bet out 80,000 before Melnikow moved all in over the top for all of his chips. Neckar made the call and tabled {A-Clubs}{10-Spades} for two pair as Melnikow showed {3-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for a small flush draw.

The river was the {5-Hearts} and Neckar rakes in a pot worth close to half a million chips to claim the tournament chip lead to send Melnikow to the rail in 27th place.
