Phan Aggressive But Sliding

John Phan has been his usual aggressive self so far at this final table. He was able to steal the blinds of Tony Dunst, but the next hand he met some resistance against Alex Bolotin.

Phan had raised from early position and Bolotin made it an additional 100,000 to go from the big blind. Phan went into the tank and eventually found a fold, saying that he has pocket eights.

After some verbal sparring with Bolotin after the hand we overheard Bolotin comment "I had you."

"Man, I've folded pocket jacks and now pocket eights already at this table!" exclaimed Phan, as he slips to under 300,000 chips.
