Charles Moore Ducks the River

It was a close call for Charles Moore with just 43 players remaining in today's field. He got all of his chips in the middle on fifth street, holding {K-Clubs} {J-Diamonds} / {K-Diamonds} {3-Hearts} {2-Hearts}. He was called by Owen Mitchell, who showed {A-Clubs} {A-Diamonds} / {J-Hearts} {9-Clubs} {10-Diamonds}. Moore caught the {7-Diamonds} on sixth street and the {3-Spades} on seventh street to river two pair, kings and threes. Mitchell caught the {K-Hearts} on sixth street, giving him a huge draw to improve on the river and knock out Moore. Instead he caught the {5-Spades} to finish with a single pair of aces.

Moore now has about 17,000 in chips.
