Mike Carson Passes 500K

All the chips went in on an {A-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} flop, Bob Yamaguchi holding {A-?} {Q-?} for top two pair and Mike Carson {A-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds} for the nut flush draw. Carson hit it on the turn when the {2-Diamonds} came down, and Yamaguchi couldn't boat up on the {7-Spades} river. That hand took Carson up to 420,000 in chips.

On the next hand Carson opened for 24,000, Yamaguchi moved all in and Carson called.

Yamaguchi: {Q-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds}

Carson: {A-Diamonds} {K-Diamonds}

The board ran out {A-Spades} {10-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {10-Clubs} {4-Spades} and Carson eliminated Yamaguchi. He's now up to 535,000.
