John Hanson, 3rd Place finisher in the 2007 $50K H.O.R.S.E.
Hold'em:

John Hanson limped in from the small blind, Michael DeMichele raised from the big blind and Hanson made the call. The flop was {K-Hearts} {10-Clubs} {4-Clubs}. Hanson checked, DeMichele bet and Hanson called. The turn was the {2-Spades} and both players checked. The river was the {5-Hearts}. Hanson bet and DeMichele thought for several minutes before making the call with only the {A-Clubs} {J-Hearts}. Hanson mucked and DeMichele raked in the pot with only ace-high, leaving Hanson on an extremely short stack.

A few hands later, Hanson went up against Roy Thung in another hold'em pot. On an eventual board of {10-Hearts} {8-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} {2-Clubs} {7-Hearts}, Thung made a straight with {J-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} and Hanson hit the rail.
