Dan Heimiller Eliminates Lars Nielsen

**We made an error when we first posted this hand. It was Lars Nielsen who was eliminated, not Lars Sundberg. Our apologies.

Dan Heimiller raised to 30,000 from the cutoff and Lars Nielsen moved all in for 110,000 from the big blind. Heimiller called with {A-Clubs} {J-Diamonds} to Sanberg's {8-Clubs} {8-Hearts}, and while Lars survived the {K-Hearts} {Q-Spades} {9-Spades} flop and the {K-Spades} on the turn, Dan spiked the {J-Spades} on the river to take the pot and send Nielsen out of the tournament. Heimiller is now up to 630,000.

We're now down to 27 players and we're redrawing for seats at the final three tables.

Dan Harmetz Doubles Through Cody Slaubaugh

The action was folded around to Cody Slaubaugh in the small blind and seeing that Dan Harmetz had around 100,000 left Slaubaugh raised that amount. Harmetz looked down to find the {A-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} waiting for him and he made the call. Slaubaugh held {7-Hearts} {6-Spades} and the {J-Spades} {A-Spades} {10-Diamonds} flop gave Harmetz the lead and though Cody had some hope after the {6-Clubs} turned the river brought the {3-Clubs} and Dan doubled to 210,000.

That hand left Slaubaugh with 300,000, but he quickly added 50,000 to his stack in a hand with Elliot Smith to win back some of the chips he lost to Harmetz.

Marco Bernier Eliminated

Just a few hands after dropping that pot to Petter Fransson, Marco Bernier was eliminated. Andrey Zaichenko raised to 25,000 on the button and Bernier moved in from the big blind for 69,000. Zaichenko called with {J-Clubs} {7-Hearts} to Bernier's {K-Clubs} {10-Diamonds}, but Zaichenko hit the {7-Diamonds} {2-Clubs} {3-Hearts} flop and after the {A-Clubs} turned he made two pair when the {J-Hearts} fell on the river. Bernier's night came to an end, and Zaichenko is now up to 520,000.

Todd Hanks Doubles Through Matt Matros

Matt Matros raised to 30,000 from late position. Action folded to Todd Hanks in the small blind and he moved all in for 155,000 total. Matros made the call and the players showed:

Hanks: {A-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds}

The board ran out {8-Spades} {7-Spades} {5-Spades} {8-Hearts} {9-Clubs} and Hanks' ace-high was best. He doubled up to about 325,000 chips leaving Matros with roughly 620,000.

Running Good

Matt Matros won a big hand against Dan Heimiller that didn't go to showdown and one with Anders Fraulund that did. Fraulund raised to 30,000 and Matros called in the big blind. The flop came {9-Spades} {6-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} and Matros called Anders' 45,000 bet.

Both checked when the {6-Diamonds} fell on the turn and when the {7-Diamonds} came on the river Matt bet 90,000 and Fraulund called. Matros showed {A-Spades} {6-Spades} for trips and Fraulund threw his {K-Hearts} {9-Hearts} into the middle of the table. Matros now sits with 635,000 and Fraulund is down to 170,000.

Paulo Nunes Doubles Through Richard Kirsch

Richard Kirsch raised to 30,000 from the cutoff seat and Paulo Nunes moved all in for 104,000 from the big blind. Kirsch made the call and the players tabled:

Nunes: {7-Diamonds} {7-Hearts}

Nunes's sevens held on the {K-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} {4-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} board and he doubled up to 221,000 leaving Kirsch with about 340,000.
