To the delight of most of the gentlemen in her section, Shannon Elizabeth has returned. Earlier she seemed to have taken a bad beat and was nowhere to be seen for the last level or so. She currently sits with 5,300 in chips.

Katja Recovers

In a quick burst of hands Katja Thater has recovered the chips that she lost recently.

In the first hand Thater held {A-Spades}

on a board of {2-Diamonds}

to scoop and double up.

Shortly thereafter, her {3-Hearts}

was too good for her opponent's {A-Spades}

on a board of {5-Clubs}

and she doubled up once again.

Thater now sits with over 6,000 chips.

Candy.....Cigarettes....Roses???

Something that has been a mystery for a bit now has been some of the roaming candy girls. They are selling the typical items such as candy, gum, and cigarettes. One thing that we have noticed is that they are also selling roses. We are not sure as to why this is. Perhaps they are trying to drop a hint to husbands and boyfriends to do something nice for their significant others. We will try and find out and let you know when we find out.
