Wild Hand Leaves Wilds in Trouble

With three limpers in the pot, Thang Luu decided that his option would be to raise from the big blind. All three opponents called and they saw a flop of {8-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts}.

Luu led out with a bet, Mark Wilds and George Guzman made the call, with James Pritchard folding from the small blind.

The turn brought the {4-Spades} and Luu led out again with a bet, Wilds raised it up which forced Guzman out of the pot. Luu called.

The river landed the {2-Diamonds} and Luu fired another bet and Wilds quickly called.

Luu said, "Three quarters..." as he flipped {A-Spades}{K-Spades}{3-Clubs}{J-Hearts} for the ace-high flush and nut low, as Wilds let out a cry of digust at being rivered for the low as he showed {A-Hearts}{2-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}.

Luu extends his lead to around 800,000 chips with Wilds now on the short stack with about 100,000 chips.
